Who are Penguin?
We’ve always been in business to see transformation in people’s lives.
In the summer of 2011, Penguin Learning’s founders Paul and James had finished a long day in the office providing solutions for training. Kicking back over a beer, they were reviewing their days in training in the corporate world and they were frustrated that they were unable to provide a real solution to problems at work. What they were being asked to do, just wasn’t working.
Paul believed it had to be possible to offer training of a high quality at a good value that made a real and lasting difference.
It was then that they decided to quit their day jobs and start Penguin Learning. Since then James has gone on to do other things, but Paul and his team of talented associates continue to work with companies across the UK delivering training that has impact and makes a meaningful difference to the people who work within them.
